The UK Webcomix Thing is this Saturday! I’ve got lots to show off so if you can make it, it’ll be great to see you! There’s a brand new Edd Egg Animation out Monday, BUT you can see it first if you come to the Thing 08 as I’ll be presenting it as a exclusive early showing! I’ll also have lots of bonus stuff to see, you can record your own voices to be included in the next episode PLUS a brand new Dexter Dimension book, posters, badges, masks and whatever else I manage to scramble together in time! Now, it is clear this site has slowed down somewhat compared to the daily update blog I was intending. I would just like to announce that the daily updates WILL be coming back… but not here. I am teaming up with a good friend and aspiring writer/stand-up comedian and we’re collaborating on a new website that shows off both our creative outputs. Bollox Comics will remain but will take the form my own personal blog and primary host of my comics and animations. I’ll post more details of the new site when it’s ready to roll. I’m Still Here - You Just Can’t See Me

BolloxComics.co.uk is far from dead. Here’s what I’ve been doing for the past few weeks: Speaking of the Thing08, I’m going to be there showing off the animations as well as some exclusive stuff. Also, I will be bringing a laptop and a mircophone and inviting people to record their voices for an upcoming animation. So if you want a cameo appearence or just want to say hello to my lovely assistant/fiance (aka the voice of Amy) and myself (aka the voice of Edd Egg, Straight-Guy, Red, Dredd Egg, the fireman chief, Kevin, Goofy, Bugs Bunny and basically nearly everyone else), then be sure to set a date in your diary for March 22nd! Things A’Changing

Here’s the deal. I’m not sure I can keep up daily updates on top of continuing Edd Egg Animations and other personal projects. So I could either push out half-arsed shite or rethink my approach. Bollox Comics is no longer a daily thing. Animations will continue on a monthly (at least) basis and I’m going to redesign this page to reflect the animation side of things more (such as a progress bar and open slots for characters should anyone want to audition). Dexter will also continue but will have his own committed website. I’m also working a new Dexter book for sale at the UK Webcomix Thing in March 2008. Thank you for your continuing support. I think the animations have real potential and 2008 is going to be a big year for Edd Egg, I’m sure! No Updates

There’ll be no updates this week. I have been away this weekend and I’ve also being very busy with various things, including the very ambitious Edd Egg animated Christmas special. This has meant I’ve had no time for arranging updates. Sure, I could’ve done something lazy but I feel that’ll just lower the quality of BolloxComics.co.uk. So, it’s a week off. Possibly two, though if it comes to that, I’ll try and pepper it with a couple of Dexter comics. If you want to find out when updates happen without having to check the site everyday, sign up to the RSS feed (see on the left side). It’s what all the crazy kids are up to these days.
